Unfortunately, we are unable to include a gift message with orders.

Shipping

Every product is made-to-order, just for you! Production times vary by item (see an individual item's page for further details), but it is generally 3-6 business (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) days.

Once an item is produced, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier to ship.

All items come with free standard shipping, which typically runs 3-10 business (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you are interested in upgrading to expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping is not available for all items. Expedited shipping will only expedite the shipping time, not the production time, and requires an additional purchase of an expedited shipping fee.

However, you are welcome to initiate a return as long as the return meets our Return Policy

In many cases, missing packages have been accidentally left with a neighbor or in an unexpected place (e.g., in your mailbox instead of at your door). Additionally, sometimes packages are marked as delivered by the carrier up to a full 1-2 days in advance of actual delivery.

If you can't find the package after two days of being marked as delivered, please contact us

Note that we are not responsible for packages that were not delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
