Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the item delivery date as long as they meet our return policy!

Note: If your item arrived defective or damaged, please visit our Problem With Your Order? page instead.

To start the return process, contact us within 30 days of the item delivery date (as per your item's tracking information provided to us by the shipping carrier) and provide your name, email address, order number, and description of the item(s) you would like to return.

After you fill out the return form, we will be in touch within two business days with further information on how to return your item(s).

Please do not return items to the address on the shipping label; you will be provided with a separate return address.

Items returned to us must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In their original packaging (both interior and exterior)

After the item(s) arrive in acceptable condition, we will process a refund. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping fees involved in returning the item(s).
