Problem With Your Order?

Although all items go through a quality control check before shipping and are shipped in sturdy packaging, occasionally items may arrive with a defect or damage.

If your order has arrived with a defect (e.g., smudged ink) or was broken in transport, we will happily send you a replacement.

Note: If you would like to return an undamaged item, please visit our Returns & Refunds page instead.

Please note that we require a clear photograph documenting the defect or damage in order to process a replacement.

To start the process, contact us within 7 days of the item delivery date (as per your item's tracking information provided to us by the shipping carrier) and provide your name, email address, order number, description of the defective/damaged item, and description of the defect/damage.

After you fill out the return form, we will be in touch within two business days to request a photo of the defect/damage.
